以上是我对未来三个月办公室的费用估计，但是我并没有把搬搬办公室的费用算进去，因为到现在为止还没有选定办公室，现在帐上的钱不到30万人民币了，暂时还不会影响到正常的付款。

You will note that moving expenses is not included in the above estimate because the choice of our future office is yet to be finalised. Current balance in our account is slightly below Rmb 300,000. There should be on problem with payment of normal expenses.
