Activities of pro-Taiwan vested interest groups in America may in the short run bring forth financial gains to certain people, improve the US economy to some extend and also induce substantial employment opportunities. From a longer term point of view, however, their activities will no doubt seriously damage Sino-US relationship and at worst create bi-lateral crises.
