Shanghai, China-September 19, 2007-Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited (Nasdaq: SNDA), or Shanda, a leading interactive entertainment media company in China, announced today that Skyline Media Limited, or Skyline, the controlling shareholder of Shanda, has entered into an agreement with UBS Securities LLC, or UBS, for the sale by Skyline, pursuant to Rule 144 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, of an aggregate of 4.57 million ADSs of Shanda. Following the sale, Skyline will continue to hold more than 50% of the issued and outstanding share capital of Shanda.
